Please send us an email, through your email account with your service provider, with your general questions or comments addressed to Not all service providers provide secure email through encryption services. For this reason you should not include any sensitive, personal, and confidential information such as account numbers, social security numbers, passwords or Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) using this method of email. If your email does include confidential information we strongly advise you to use our secure email portal mentioned above.

Email messages may not be used to place a stop payment on a check, request transfers between accounts, report lost or stolen checks, or to report lost or stolen Visa® Check cards and/or PINs. Email messages do not serve as a sufficient means for request to provide written notice to us regarding your account.

A North Easton Savings Bank representative may not immediately review email messages that you send. Therefore you must contact the bank by telephone or in person for issues needing immediate attention.

It is our top priority to keep customer's information safe and offer services to make your banking more convenient. We are pleased to provide a secure e-mail portal which allows you to correspond with North Easton Savings Bank securely. Please use this portal when sending documents containing personal and confidential information or if you would like to ask specific questions about your account. Any information you share with us through this portal will be encrypted and sent securely to the Bank.

In order to reduce exposure to debit card fraud, North Easton Savings Bank has a fraud protection program that under certain circumstances may limit access to your ATM and/or VISA® Check Card. As an extra precaution, and to avoid being without a form of payment, you may also want to consider carrying a major credit card or travel card.
