Join us at the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton for a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar designed to support and guide members of our community through the homebuying process.
Learn about credit, budgeting, down payment assistance programs, and what to expect from application to closing. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to take the next step, all experience levels are welcome. Presented by a Mortgage Loan Officer from North Easton Savings Bank.
All workshop attendees will earn a special $500 closing credit.*
