A resident of Duxbury, Aileen has served as COO for the past six years and possesses over 30 years of industry experience. A former CFO, Aileen utilizes her financial acumen to inject efficiency and accountability throughout the Bank’s operations. An avid runner and advocate of all things local, Aileen sets the tone for our fast-paced yet supportive work environment.
