NESB Introduces Appointment Scheduling
As a local, community-centric organization; North Easton Savings Bank is constantly evaluating new services and platforms that will further increase the convenience of banking local. To that end, the Bank has recently launched a new service: appointment scheduling.
Beginning in late June, the new service was brought live on the Bank’s website for mobile, tablet, and desktop users. Now customers and non-customers alike can decide when it is best for them to visit a branch with the confidence that a service representative will be ready and waiting for them upon arrival. NESB states that this functionality will be a time saver for our community by drastically increasing service efficiency.
“The new appointment scheduling platform is great for both our customers and our employees. With it, we know who is coming in and the reason for their visit; allowing us to be prepared with any appropriate resources ahead of time,” remarked Kelli Poulos, First Vice President of Retail Banking.
The new service is available on the Bank’s website and displays banker availability in real-time. Website visitors are able to choose an appointment by location, product and service, or by individual service representative. Once a website visitor chooses a time most convenient for them, it is instantly reserved on the banker’s calendar which guarantees they will be available during the desired day and time.
Poulos continued, “We love being prepared and offering white-glove levels of service to our neighbors and local area businesses. The appointment scheduling software is just our latest, and certainly not our last, innovative step in building the leading local alternative to using one of those impersonal big-banks.”
In addition to the scheduling software, NESB has also recently launched an online chat functionality, mobile wallet upgrades, a full-service call center, early direct deposit, new purchase rewards, and a slew of innovative community lending programs.
