Merchant Remote Deposit Capture: Microsoft Windows 10 Notice
Please note that as of October 14, 2025, Microsoft Windows® 10 will no longer be certified as a supported operating system for our Merchant Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC) platform. You can continue to use our MRDC platform on Windows 10 after this date, however customer hardware and software application support will be unavailable.
This change is in accordance with the Microsoft Windows 10 end-of-support lifecycle.
What does this mean for your business?
We recommend that you consider upgrading your operating system prior to the end-of-support date. Although you will be able to use Windows 10 after October 14th, if the MRDC application or associated hardware should stop working on a Windows 10 computer, NESB Customer Support will not be able to aptly provide assistance. Please note this does not impact mobile deposits done through the NESB mobile app.
