NESB Supports PACC's Community Art Initiative
North Easton Savings Bank is proud to announce it's support of PACC's community enrichment initiative, Seal'd with Art. Recently, the Bank celebrated its 160th anniversary, highlighting the Bank's long heritage of community support and local investment. Coinciding with this anniversary, the Bank decided to commission the production of an "old time" banker seal to represent this legacy of local support, while also creating a cute statue for community members to take pictures with.

The Seal'd with Art initiative is the newest chapter in Plymouth's public arts journey; it connects artists and local businesses together to produce interesting sculptures around town for an enjoyable scavenger hunt. NESB chose local artist Lois Whittaker, of Duxbury, Massachusetts, to produce their seal from start to finish. Lois designed and painted Barry the Banker -- or as he is called at the Bank, Little Barry -- from beginning to end in her Duxbury based studio. Barry the Banking Seal is located at the corner of Water Street and North Street, across from Plymouth Rock.
Visit Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce for information on the Seal'd with Art initiative and locations of other seals.
