NESB Announces 3rd Community Voting Campaign
North Easton Savings Bank is excited announce our third Community Voting Campaign. Throughout the campaign, we encourage our customers, social media followers and community members to vote for the local organization of their choice. At the end of September, a percentage of $5,000 will be distributed to each organization based on how many votes each has received.
We are proud to support these six wonderful organizations that are dedicated to bettering our local area! Learn more about each of them below and click here to vote for your favorite.
Sunshine Farms Sanctuary is a healing sanctuary dedicated to improving the lives of children in the public foster care system. The farm gives children that help the opportunity to feel welcome and valued, as they work side-by-side with the farm’s animals.
Animal Protection Center of SE MA is an education and outreach animal shelter that provides care and housing for homeless dogs, cats, rabbits, and other pets. APCSM works hard to find animals new homes while giving each the best care possible during their stay at the adoption center.
Shane Gives Thanks, Inc. Food Pantry offers healthy, sustainable food options for people and families who would otherwise go without. Established in 2014 by Shane — an ambitious and determined seven-year-old, the organization has gone from filling holiday baskets to now operating the local food pantry for the Town of Carver.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth is part of the global, nonprofit housing organization that “seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope”. HFH Plymouth and their many volunteers work to build simple, affordable houses for those in need of shelter.
Greater Brockton YouthWorks provides work readiness services and positive guidance for youth ages 14-21. From resume help and job referrals to interviewing workshops and job application assistance, MassHire YouthWorks is truly a one-stop career center.
Attleboro Area School to Career Partnership is an organization located in the high school that works to develop relationships between the school and the city while aiding students in finding both unskilled and skilled jobs.
