NESB Women Take the Lead
As a proud supporter of women in the local business community, North Easton Savings Bank was honored to lead, sponsor, and participate in multiple women’s conferences this fall. The Bank is passionate about investing in the success of women within our company and throughout the communities we serve.
Most recently, Senior VP & COO, Aileen Zec, was featured as an expert panelist at the South Shore Conference for Women. Newly named one of the top women in New England banking, Ms. Zec shared her insights and expertise she has gained during her time as CFO, COO and SVP. The goal of this event is to highlight local women who work, live and thrive in the South Shore area.
NESB was a leading sponsor of the New England Women in Banking Conference in October. The event featured accomplished women leaders from throughout the region who work specifically in finance, including banking and mortgage professions. There were also several special keynote presenters, including Emme the supermodel and entrepreneur, whom the team was delighted to meet during the event.
In September, the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the Empowering Women’s Forum with the mission of connecting, educating, and inspiring women employees, consumers and leaders in the workforce. The event featured a panel of successful women across various industries sharing their experiences, paths to success, and advice for a strong career. With our bank having many female executives, we are grateful to the Plymouth Chamber for all their amazing work supporting such an integral part of the local community.
